Jennifer Lopez was born on March 31, 1971, in the Bronx borough in New York City. She has two brothers and a sister. Lopez has a Latina mother from the Dominican Republic and a Puerto Rican father. Lopez is an alumna of Francis Lewis High School in Queens, New York. Her professional acting debut came in 1992, and she made her big-screen debut in 1993. After that, she appeared in the movies New York Minute and Back to the Future.
